This Refund Policy explains when a purchase made through digitalincomecampus.com may be eligible for a refund.
1. Course Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for a course within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a refund:
- Your request must be received within the 14-day refund period.
- You must not have completed the course.
- A course-completion certificate must not have been issued.
- You must not have downloaded or accessed a substantial portion of the course materials.
Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
2. Template Installation Service
All purchases of the Template Installation Service are final and non-refundable.
The Template Installation Service involves reserving time and performing customized work for an individual customer. Because work may begin shortly after an order is placed, the service is not covered by the 14-day course refund period.
Before purchasing this service, you are responsible for confirming that:
- Your website meets the stated installation requirements.
- You have the necessary website, hosting, and administrator access.
- The template is compatible with your website and software.
- You are authorized to provide access to the website.
A refund will not be issued because of incompatible hosting, themes, plugins, third-party software, missing access credentials, customer-requested cancellation, or a change of mind.
If Digital Income Campus cannot complete the installation for reasons within our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a reasonable alternative, service credit, or refund.
3. Other Digital Products
Unless a product page or checkout offer specifically states otherwise, downloadable templates, ebooks, files, and other digital products are not refundable after they have been downloaded or accessed.
Any product-specific refund terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
4. How to Request a Course Refund
To request an eligible course refund, use our contact form:

- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order number.
- The name of the course.
- A brief explanation of your request.
Please allow up to five business days for us to review your request.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Although we will initiate approved refunds promptly, your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times are controlled by the financial institution and may take up to 14 business days.
Original payment-processing fees, currency-conversion charges, and other third-party fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
6. Course Modifications or Cancellations
Digital Income Campus may occasionally update, replace, reschedule, or discontinue a course.
If we cancel a purchased course without providing reasonable replacement access, affected customers may be offered an alternative course, account credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Routine course updates, revised lessons, changes in instructors, and modifications to course materials do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may result in the suspension or termination of your Digital Income Campus account and access to purchased materials.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to This Policy
Digital Income Campus may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on this page. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase will generally govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
